I only buy paper books during years where I plan to take a certification exam. You need paper books for exams. Otherwise, I prefer the online lookup.

Some people swear by books though - it's really a matter of personal preference.

Thank you! I have books coming soon, I am just starting my course. I do have books from 2016. I have notes in them, labeled them with tabs, that I found so helpful, back when I was teaching myself... I plan on continuing this... yes! a big plus for exam day. Thanks for reminding why, it important to have books on exam day!
