Wiki Coding 90846 and 90847 same day

Is there a guideline that says whether 90846 and 90847 can occur on the same day?

It depends on the clinician's documentation (which should be rock solid in justifying anything that is billed) and the guidelines of the insurance company. Definitely a modifier 59 would be needed for the second procedure.
