Coding a B12 shot with chemo push on same DOS

I have a question regarding a B12 subcutaneous injection when a patient also receives chemo drug push. I receive an error when coding 96372 with 96402. I've added the 59 modifier to the B12 but I am still wondering the correct way to code this, whether medicare or another payor.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
