Help! Hever had this one before not sure where to start.
Large flat sessile polyp in cecum adjacent to appreciceal orifice( 3-4 diameter) Attempted EMR( saline liftwith indigo carmine) and did get lift of part of polyp away from appendiceal orfice. Snare cautery polypectomy performed piecemeal. Injected,again more, proximal portion of polyp, but the it would not lift. THerefore no further attempts amde as this may indicate underlyin advance histology, Addtionally three resolution clips in attempt to approximate edged of polypectomy defect and help precent post polypectomy bleeding.
Diverticulosis found and Internal hemorrhoids found.
