Wiki Coding a debridement of 1750 sq cm

The Division Chief of our Vascular Surgery Dept operated on a patient and documented in his notes that he performed a sharp excisional debridement of the right lower extremity totalling to 1750 sq cm. The level of debridement was down to the fascia ranging from the lower level thigh down to the dorsum part of the foot, toes were spared.

How can this be coded?
