Not sure what to do with this, can anyone help. this is actual final dx for pathology.
Right axilla lesion, excision:
seborrheic keratosis with Borst-Jadassohn phenomenon (1)
The lesion is completely excised.

got the SK but dont know how or what to do with the phenomenon.

Borst-Jadassohn phenomenon

From my understanding, the addition of Borst-Jadassohn phenomenon is just a descriptor of the SK as "irritated". It shouldn't need a second code.
