Provider wants to code with 11042,97605--doesn't seem right. Could someone point me in right direction. thanx kel

It appears the codes your surgeon is sugestiong are correct.
The abdomen was not entered so laparotomy was not done. So the 49000 would not be used.; nore an unlisted code.
