Hi, I'm looking for some guidance as to when I should be using additional levels in the neurosurgery procedures I code. I'm truly lost. Any kind, not just one type in particular. (Microdiskectomy, Hemilaminectomy, Laminotomy, Laminectomy, etc)

I'm afraid I'm not using additional levels when I really should be.

HELP!
