I have a question about how to code for a flap (14060, 14040) following Mohs on the lower eyelid, where the defect is repaired by adjacent tissue transfer involving both the eyelid and malar area. Are two codes billed (14060 and 14040) because there are two body areas? Or is the total size measured and the repair coded for the site of the malignant lesion?
