Person came in, had some allergy tests done on their blood, turned out to have cat/dog dander allergies, cockroach, oack, pecan/hickory, etc and etc.

Do I have to code each allergy that I can?
For instance, there is a code for cat/dog dander, 477.2, but not for cockroach. Can I used 477.2 (to specify as many allergies as I can) AND 477.8, (due to other allergen) to explain the rest? Or should I only use one. :(
