Wiki Coding and billing with a POS 14

I am needing help with billing a place of service 14 (group home). This POS does NOT have an NPI and my EHR and clearinghouse systems are requiring an NPI for billing. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get claims billed electronically with this POS?
