Has anyone had experience coding/billing for an anterior cervical foraminotomy without fusion. The foraminotomy is usually performed with the anterior fusion of 22551 however I don't see any code for anterior foraminotomy without fusion. Would you code 22551 with modifier 52 modifier?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
