Our Cardiologist did the following:

Left Heart Cath.
Selective right and left coronary arteriogram.
Selective innominate arteriogram.
Selective vertebral arteriogram.
Selective right and left cartoid arteriogram.
LV gram.
Selective right femoral arteriogram and Angio-Seal closure of the arteriotomy.

Help! Would this be coded 93458-26, 36215, 36216?
