I need help selecting the correct code. 11421 vs 56605

The cysts were excised using a scalpel and pick ups.

Due to the larger cluster of cysts on the left labia, the wound was reapproximated with several interrupted sutures of 3-0 Monocryl.

Cyst present three on right labia and 4 clustered together on left labia

56605 does not seem correct as the cysts were not biopsied, but rather excised. There are no specific codes for vulvar cyst excision as there are for vaginal cyst excision.
11421 seems in the right wheelhouse. To accurately code, you must know the size of each excision, as 11420-11426 describe the same procedure, depending on diameter size. Don't forget that benign lesions are coded for each excision diameter, not necessarily the size of each vulvar cyst.
