Wiki Coding Benchmarks for Ophthalmology coding

Does anyone have or know where I can find benchmarks for Ophthalmology coding. The coders use several different software systems and sometimes has to use more than one system to code and post a charge. Is the benchmark based on claims, charts, CPTs or line items? I have a team of 7 coders for about 100 providers. Thank you for your input.
