We have a Billing/Coding Supervising Position is available for Neighborcare Health here in Seattle, WA. We are a non profit organization. This is full postion, Monday thru Friday.
Coding /Billing Supervisor is responsible for direct supervision of the Coding/Billing team in the Billing Department. This position supports the Billing Manager in the daily management of the Coding/Billing staff. The Coding/Billing Supervisor manages and leads the Coding/Billing Department staff, including hiring, performance management, orientation and training, and completion of annual individual learning conversations and aspects of daily operations. Lead with retention in mind. Work in partnership and joint accountability with other lead team members to achieve Neighborcare Health's Mission and Guiding Principles and goals.
Participate as a member of the Billing Department; maintain positive working relationships with all team members. Model and mentor staff in appropriate problem solving and positive communications. Participate in Neighborcare Health leadership meetings and leadership development activities. Lead and participate in process improvement activities. Maintain cooperative professional working relationships with Billing staff. Develop and maintain a cooperative working relationship between Neighborcare Health departments and Billing Department. Work with Neighborcare Health operations staff to improve the flow and accuracy of data from the front desk
