Coding callus removal

New to podiatry-our podiatrist does not like the idea of billing patients for callus removal (11055-11057) as a separate procedure since it is generally a noncovered service. He would like to make the services inclusive to 11721 or a general "foot care" code for a lesser overall charge. I don't see any way of doing this but he seems to think that "most" podiatry practices don't separate these codes out since they are easy procedures.

I would appreciate input of how other offices bills for callus removal.
