CODING CLARIFICATION: If clinicals state: 19 year old complicated history including spastic quadriplegia cerebral palsy the diagnosis listed is cerebral palsy unspecified 343.9.

I have seen other cases being coded with 343.2.

What are the guidelines with coding cerebral palsy for adults if the clincals do not state congenital but state history.
