We know that CKD requiring chronic dialysis should be coded as N18.6.
CKD 2 on chronic dialysis as N18.6, Z99.2
How to follow for CKD 2 on dialysis? Is it N18.6, Z99.2 or N18.2, Z99.2
Once clarify on CKD with stage on dialysis as per general coding guidelines.
