I am in need of some assistance for these tests. Please let me know what you would code for this:
The pathologist reviewed 12 bx sites for the prostate and processed in cytospin slides. However this was billed only as 88108, 88108 x 9 59-TC. I would think that this would be 88108, 88108 x 11 59-TC to show all 12 slides being done.
The sites are LA, LLA, LM, LLM, LB, LLB, (Left Cytospins0, RA, RLA, RM, RLM, RB, RLB (Right Cytospin)
Am I misreading something?
