Good morning,

When coding for interpretation of x-rays on the professional side, are you able to use the Medical Record such as the ER notes for the reason for the xray? For example, if the report has possible/suspected fracture can you go to the ER report to see if the patient had an injury or pain as the reason the exam was ordered?
