Hi All-- I am getting a lot of denials for Physical Therapy from Medicare for CPT 90913, all saying CPT Modifier. I have tried with no modifier and using Modifier GP for physical therapy. I use this in conjunction with CPT 90912. Does anyone have any ideas they can share on how to get this CPT billed correctly so that is pays? Thank you for your help.
