Wondering if someone would help out with coding the following:
Bilateral cephalic cutdown Unsucessful central venous access ( Dr.was not able to get blood return and the catheter was then removed.)
So, would I also code for the removal? I was thinking the following:
36425-50 & 52 Would my DX code be the medical diagnosis Thanks for your help:confused:
