Need verification for coding this treatment :(

Oxaliplatin IV 12:05 - 12:13
Leucovorin IV 12:06-12:13
Oxali 12:30-12:47
Leucovorin 12:30-12:47
Oxali 1:30-3:35
Leucovorin 1:30-3:39


The infusion was stopped and started a number of times due to a reaction (chills,
body aches, flushing etc)

How would you code the oxali and then the leucovorin?

We have had several different opinions.... need clarification
