Good morning,

I am wondering if anyone can help me with the appropriate code for DSD. The documentation doesn't give a site. When I try to look it up in the code book, I don't see a NOS code. Isn't the term DSD a blanket term that covers several spinal diseases? I appreciate any feedback.

Maybe look into the code degenerative joint disease of the spine? From my understanding after searching, DSD is osteoarthritis of the spine aka DJD of the spine. Hopefully that gives you a little bit more guidance!
