Wiki Coding Eccrine Carcinoma of Abdomen

Hello,

I'm having a hard time figuring out how to code a primary eccrine carcinoma of the abdomen. An eccrine carcinoma develops in the sweat glands and metastasizes fairly quickly to other areas of the abdomen. I came up with two codes for it:
C76.2 - Malignant neoplasm of abdomen or C49.4 - malignant neoplasm of soft tissue of abdomen. Anyone have any idea if one of these is right? Or if not, how to code it?? I appreciate any help you can offer!
