Coding Evaluation of Mechanical Valve by Fluoroscopy

My provider performed an aortic valve evaluation by fluoroscopy. A bileaflet mechanical prothesis was observed in the aortic position. Valve leaflets are 105 degrees from each other at closed position (diastole) and 30 degrees at opened position (systole). How do I code this?
