How do you code a follow up visit to collect a pap smear that was not collected at the preventive visit due to vaginal atropy? Pelvic exam was performed at the preventive visit and the visit was billed with CPT 99395, V72.31. At the follow up visit another pelvic exam was performed and a pap smear collected.
