If a PCP in Massachusetts provides a child wellness exam and a behavioral health wellness exam to the same member on the same DOS, what is the correct coding? Member is a Commercial Member. Follow up questions: Can a PCP bill 90791? or is 90791 only to be billed by mental health professionals? Here is the guidance from the DOI.
