I need some help on coding for Botox.
The provider injected botox on both Palm and Sole. What should I bill under and modifier 50 for bilateral?
I usually use the code 64644 -64645, but some suggested that to use 64999. Please help.

what was it for, if for spasms, it would be chemodenervation 64642-64645 codes go one extremity and how many muscles. Make sure you use the correct add on codes.
