Can anyone tell me the difference between 17000 and 17110?

according to CPT book,,17000 are premalignant lesions eg:actinic keratoses,,,, and 17110 are bengin lesions,,eg:warts,, other than skin tags (11200-11201)

Also the 17000 is for the first pre-malignant lesion and 17110 is for the first fourteen. Read your CPT book for these guidelines if there's a question on that.
