I have been researching CPT codes for excision of partial right cephalic vein, and so far, the only CPT code that I can find is an unlisted procedure code, which is 37799 and the description says "unlisted procedure, vascular surgery". Can anyone tell me if there is a code that I am missing, or is the unlisted code the one to use?
