How is everyone coding when a pt comes in for follow up & there is no evidence of recurrence. I have heard of 2 different ways; I was told to code the V71.1 (Obsv. for suspected malignant neoplasm) along with the V10.x code as secondary. The other way is to just use the V10.x code as primary with nothing else.
