Hello all. I have a question. My physician is a internist who specializes in Hematology/Oncology and has been doing hem/onc for years. She now wants to incorporate IM into the practice. My question is, is there anywhere I can go on line to aid me in learning to bill for internal medicine...the in's and the out's and how do I distinguish IM from H/O billing wise.

Also, do you know if I have to contact all the insurance companies we have contracted with that we are doing IM as well as Hem/ONc?
