Coding for Implanted Hepatic Pump

I have never coded for an implanetd pump. Is glycerin billable/payable and do you use J3490? What is it used for?The particular pump is Codman 3000. Apparently, the patient can get morphine and chemo as well. Is 96522 the correct refill code? Is there a port to flush like the portable pump?
Are these the programable pumps? This particular patient has the pump in the liver not brain so I know I am not looking at 95990,95991.
I appreciate your help.
