coding for Intravenous Immune Globulin

Need help, do I use 90283 when I bill for this and also the infusion codes? thanks
 
You need to reference HCPCS for the type of Immune Globulin and bill with it's "J" code based on what type of Immune Globulin the patient received. And yes, you would also bill the Admin code as well.
