Does anyone know if there is a code for charging for Lidocaine? Also, can you charge separately for this when a procedure is being done or do they consider this bundled? Thanks

Lidocaine (J2001) is included in the practice's expense. Also, J2001 is administered intravenously.

I like the rule of thumb. I have providers that are trying for chg for lidocaine with 20610. As I have said many times before I am very greatful for this listserve.
