Wiki coding for more than one type of cataract

Hello, if there is more than one type of cataract present, eg nuclear sclerosis and cortical cats, is it better to use the "combined forms cat" code, 366.19? Several practitioners in the eye clinic where I work still often code for each individual type of cataract, which I do not think is the best way to code these cases.

Thank you for your help. I don't seem to be able to locate a definite source to share with them about this.
