Can you code a Mother coming in for Lactation concerns for an 8 month old baby that she did not bring with her? We are a Pediatric Practice.
 
Mother was having issues with decreased volume, after taking medicine for her allergies. Since we are a Ped's office I would think I could bill the visit out on the Mother, since baby was not with at the time of service?
