Hi,
I want to find a code that would be billable/payable for a physician/NP who spends time compiling patient data from his/her entire patient database. The physician would be entering medication into software that would determine if the patient is at risk of treatment failure or adverse drug reactions. If a risk is determined, a molecular lab test would then be ordered by the physician or another physician in the practice.
Any thoughts?
