Hello,

I'm looking for any information on how to code for a pacer and an ICD device interrogation report or both in an inpatient setting.

If the RN documents the report and the MD co-signs, is this ok to bill?

Also, are there any modifiers required for these codes?

Who is able to bill for these codes?

Thanks for any insight ... I am very new to these sets of codes.
