What codes are you using for the use of Crimson Duvet and platelet rich plasma? The codes provided by the vendor are incorrect and documentation does not support the code suggested. Any experience in billing for this? Based on the documentation on open shoulder cases, it looks like the only billable charge would be for the GPS platelet kit.
