Hoping for advice when other preventative services (timed based) are provided such as 99408 ,or 99406 I'm having trouble comprehending the Excludes note for 99381-99397 meaning , as this counseling should be done during PE ,so not billable with Physicals ,I believe this to be correct. However with Medicare these services are billable as I understand both timed based services .So I'm wondering if anyone has billed with G0438/39 and used both ,when documentation supports ?
