I need an updated coding 2021 information regarding the twin c sec deliveries. in coding in the past the mod 22 can be added and the notes must be supportive that this was out of the routine c sec.
I wanted to find something that the providers need to document the twin surgery if the Health plan request medical records, SO I can educate the providers, than just billing with a modifier 22 just because it was for twins, i have been seeing conflicting information to use the mod 22 but must have supportive notes, or some example / if you can email me at my personal email ALSPAINTBZ@YAHOO.COM with a response as well
