Hello!
We have to code pre-admits before the patients are admitted. Lately an RN from an OSH started documenting these, when usually a provider from our hospital does. Are we supposed to be coding from the RN's documentation, or should it be an NP/MD? I would ask my director, but she resigned and we have yet to hire someone.
