Could someone tell me what code to use for lesion of nares and nasopharynx. I asked MD if it was ulceration or abcess and he said no...lesions.
Please help. I can't find this.

In the 2013 Cpt Pediatrics book, it tells me to use code 87070 for a Throat CX, is this correct or do we still use code 87880?
