I need some coding help please. My physician is going to perform open reduction of recurrent shoulder prosthesis dislocation. Exchange of polyethylene liner. Reconstruction of subscapularis tendon with achilles tendon allograft.
I think I would use 23660 for open reduction, & 23472-52 for poly liner exchange (per Margie Vaught) But I am not sure what code I should use for the subscapularis tendon reconstruction.
Will welcome any ideas.
