Procedure Summary
1. Significant 80% proximal RCA and 90% ostial RPDA stenosis.
2. LV EF of 70%.
3. Successful PCI of the proximal RCA with placemnt of 3.0 X 15 mm Vision
BMS with post dilatation with 3.5 mm NC balloon with good angiographic
results.
4. Successful PCI of the ostium of the RPDA with placement of 2.5 X 12 mm
mini Vision BMS distal RCA extending into the RPDA. RPDA and RPLV
bifurcation kissing balloon PTCA performed. BMS used due to upcoming
surgery.
