Need coding help if anyone can assist.

Not a face to face encounter.
In the office setting a RN reviews physician's orders, performs medication reviews or changes. Pulls and reviews patient's charts, make notations and contacts parties involved. Reviews and changes are signed off by the RN or the physician.

Is there a code I can use to bill for the time the RN spent reviewing and signing off?
