i have a couple of questions as i'm new to coding - if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated:
1) when an ultrasound is done during an OB visit by the dr, does there need to be any type of orders and how do you bill that?
2) when a dr orders lab work, how is the collection of the blood coded? does the physician code it as 36415?
